The Connection Section will feature a different opportunity each month for parents
and/or community members to connect with our schools.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher conferences are more than just a check-in on student grades. They are an opportunity to show your students that you care about their education and to learn more about what they do on a day-to-day basis at school. Student progress is more than just a letter on a grade scale or a score on a test; it is about how hard they work to improve reading fluency, finally figuring out that tough math concept, or how well they are navigating the social and behavioral aspects of school. These conferences provide parents with a chance to learn more about the people who are educating your child and experience the environment children spend the majority of their day in. Attending these conferences tells you children you are interested in their schoolwork and helps bridge the gap between school and home.

Information about Parent-Teacher conference sign-up is sent home the week before conferences. Feel free to reach out to teachers anytime by email or set up an in-person appointment. Teacher email addresses can be found by logging into the PowerSchool parent portal or by contacting your child’s school office.

This year's Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for
October 23, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m and October 25, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
