The Butler County Health Department ran out of the Meningitis vaccine during their Walk-In Immunization Clinic on August 9. They have ordered more for their next clinic on September 14 (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.).
Students who have not yet received the required immunizations will be allowed to start school, but need to have their immunizations up-to-date by September 24. You will need to provide an updated immunization record to your child's school office showing they have received the required immunizations by that date. If your student is exempt from immunizations and you have not already done so, please send a letter to your child's school office notifying them of the exemption.
