1. The meeting was called to order by Board President Norm Wilks at 6:00 p.m.

At 6:00 p.m. Norm Wilks moved to recess into an executive session for a period of 15 minutes to discuss individual employee performance under KOMA with Board members, the Superintendent, and Executive Director of Fiscal/Support Services present. Monty Hughey seconded the motion. The motion carried 7-0.
4. Approval of the Agenda
Vicki Coash made a motion to approve the agenda and addendum (9a. Educational Facilities Authority). Seconded by Sharon Waugh the motion carried 7-0.

7. Reorganization of the Board of Education for 2019-2020
A. Resolution to Extend Terms of Current Officers of the Board Heather Nichols made a motion to extend the term of current Board President, and current Board Vice President, until successors for such positions are elected by the board in the first meeting of the board occurring on or after the second Monday in January of 2020. Seconded by Rob Lane, the motion carried 7-0. B. Appoint Board Clerk and Assistant ClerkOn a motion by Tom Storrer and seconded by Sharon Waugh, Melissa Smith was appointed Clerk of the Board and Human Resources Assistant Sherry Bilson was appointed Assistant Clerk of the Board. Kathy Robertson shared that the State budget documents will be available July 10th.
13. Classified and Administrative Salaries
Rob Lane made a motion to approve administrator and classified personnel salary increases for the 2019-2020 School Year at 5% and a 7% increase to 3 directors as specified by the Superintendent. Seconded by Heather Nichols, the motion carried 7-0.

16. Educational Facilities Authority
EFABC Administrators have agreed to proceed with sealing, striping, and maintenance work at the stadium parking lot. Bylaws require the approval of member boards to spend the long term maintenance monies, which are earmarked for long term maintenance and turf/track replacement. Vicki Coash made a motion to approve spending long-term maintenance money as discussed. Seconded by Monty Hughey, the motion carried 7-0.
