At 6:30 p.m. Board President Norm Wilks moved to recess into an executive session for a period of 15 minutes to discuss an individual employee’s performance pursuant to the KOMA non-elected personnel exemption with Board members, the Superintendent, and Superintendent-Elect present. Monty Hughey seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0.The board returned to general session at 6:45 p.m. with the same people as listed above present.At 6:45 p.m. Board President Norm Wilks moved to recess into an executive session for a period of 15 minutes to discuss contract negotiations pursuant to the KOMA exception for employer-employee negotiations with Board members, the Superintendent, and Superintendent-Elect present. Heather Nichols seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0.The board returned to general session at 7:00 p.m. with the same people as listed above present.

10. City Interlocal Agreement
Norm Wilks made a motion to approve a resolution to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of El Dorado to construct and operate an eight court tennis complex in North Main Park. Seconded by Rob Lane, the motion carried 5-0.
