1. The meeting was called to order by Board President Norm Wilks at 5:30 p.m. 2. Roll Call

3. Approval of the Agenda
Heather Nichols made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by Vicki Coash, the motion carried 6-0.
4. Board Work Session
Doug Moeckel from KASB facilitated a work session on the goals and expectations for the new leadership team.
5. Executive Session
At 6:43 p.m. Board President Norm Wilks moved to recess into an executive session fora period of 30 minutes to discuss an individual employee’s performance under the non-elected personnel KOMA exemption with Board members, the Superintendent, and Doug Moeckel present. Tom Storrer seconded the motion. The motion carried 6-0.The board returned to general session at 7:13 p.m. with the same people as listed above present.
6. JV Baseball Complex
Kathy Robertson presented options for additions to the JV Baseball area. Rob Lane made a motion to approve Option #2 in the amount of $28,723 for JV Baseball Field bleachers as presented with agreement to designate a handicap accessible area as discussed. Seconded by Heather Nichols, the motion carried 6-0. Rob Lane made a motion to approve Option #1 in the amount of $4032 and installation fee of $975 for JV Baseball Field backstop as presented. Seconded by Vicki Coash, the motion carried 6-0.
7. 2019-2020 Meal Prices
Kathy Robertson presented information regarding potential adjustments to the 2019-2020 meal prices. Norm Wilks made a motion to increase meal prices .05¢ for the 2019-2020 school year effective January 1st, 2020. Seconded by Rob Lane, the motion carried 6-0.
8. 2019-2024 Kansas Homeland Security Region G Hazard Mitigation Plan
Kathy Robertson presented information regarding a resolution to adopt the Hazard Mitigation Plan which will authorize the district to participate in future federal grant programs. Rob Lane made a motion to adopt the 2019-2024 Kansas Homeland Security Region G Hazard Mitigation Plan as presented. Seconded by Tom Storrer, the motion carried 6-0.
