EHS has 3 of the top 25 District National Forensic League (NFL) Points Leaders (including the top two): 

1. Allie McKibban is in 1st place with 3,193 points
2. Kristina Brown is in 2nd with 2,050 points
3. Nick Fowler is 13th with 1,201 points

On Saturday, March 10 El Dorado High School took 25 student athletes to the Conway Springs Power Lifting Invitational. All athletes competed at a high level, increased their personal bests on most lifts, and most importantly represented El Dorado High School in a positive fashion. We are proud of the commitment that these athletes have made to improving their strength. El Dorado High School attended two competitions this year in Augusta and Conway Springs. These competitions proved to be very rewarding for the 25 students who attended the El Dorado after school strength program during the winter season.

All lifts are single rep maxes following strict and specific guidelines for completing the lift.

• Taylor Edwards-8th Place Overall in Quick Serve Restaurant Management
• Sierra Bonn-4th Place in Principles of Marketing and 3rd Place in Professional Selling exams; 3rd Place Overall in Professional Selling. Sierra has qualified to compete in Professional Selling at the International DECA Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah April 28-May 1.
• Cody Frye-5th Place in Principles of Hospitality Role Play

Kansas Scholastic Press Association State Qualifiers
February 23rd EHS students traveled to Emporia State University for the Kansas Scholastic Press Association (KSPA) Regional Competition, which is for newspaper and yearbook. The following students qualified to compete at the state KSPA contest at Kansas University on Saturday, May 5th.
