Doug Jensen has worked in Education for the past 22 years. Teaching experiences included High School American History, Current Events, Sociology, Photography, Video Production, and Explorations of Technology. He previous worked for 12 years in the Caney Valley School District as Instructor, Coach and Technology Coordinator. He has served as Director of Technology for El Dorado Public for the past 10 years. He has also taught Masters level courses in Technology for Pittsburg State University. Doug's wife Julie also works in the district office as Director of Curriculum. Helping teachers and students to incorporate technology into the classroom is his main focus for education.

Phil Patterson

District Technology Assistant

Phil Patterson is the newest member to the USD 490 Technology Department.  He provides technical support for  assessment testing programs, such as Kan-ED, NWEA and the State Formative Test. Phil also manages the district's ID system for students and staff members district wide and provides K-8 Technical Support.

Nancy Wagner has 21 years experience in the classroom, grades K-5. She is currently the Elementary Media Specialist for Washington Elementary. Nancy started as a technology assistant in January 2000, working part time in the district's schools helping teachers integrate technology into their classrooms.

Jackie Clark has been a USD 490 staff member since 1983, serving as the district's public information officer since 1990. She is the district support contact for the PowerSchool Student Management System and the Library Pro Software Program. In addition, Jackie provides technical support for the teachers' electronic grade book program.
