Each spring the schools pre-register children who will enter kindergarten in August. Kindergarten Round-Up for El Dorado elementary schools is Tuesday, April 10 at 6:30 pm. If your child will be five years old on or before August 31, 2012, please notify your neighborhood school so that your child can be put on a list. USD 490 schools with kindergarten programs are Grandview (322-4830), Jefferson (322-4840) and Skelly (322-4860). Parents and students may attend Round-Up to meet the teachers and pre-enroll for next year. Information you are asked to provide at Round-Up includes; a copy of the child’s birth certificate and immunization records, and your address and contact information. Please share this information with any parents you know who may not receive school publications.
