Directions for Requesting Transcripts:
El Dorado High School has recently reached an agreement with Docufide to use Secure Transcript, allowing students to request their transcripts online. Please click on the link below to create an account through the Docufide website. Students can sign up for free and request that their transcript(s) be sent to colleges and universities.
Colleges and Universities that participate in receiving Electronic Transcripts from Docufide in the following 12 states (1. Illinois, 2. Indiana, 3. Iowa, 4. Kansas, 5. Michigan, 6. Minnesota, 7. Missouri, 8. Nebraska, 9. North Dakota, 10. Ohio, 11. South Dakota, 12. Wisconsin) are free for students who are requesting their transcript be sent electronically. There are small fees for sending transcripts by mail to Colleges and Universities that do not participate and also by sending an electronic official copy of your transcript to states not listed above.

If you have any questions or problems registering or placing transcript requests, please send an email through the Help menu when logging in to Docufide, or by completing the Contact Us form on the Docufide homepage. The Customer Service email address is on the student’s confirmation page, included in the confirmation email sent when an order is placed, and available on the website through the “Help” feature. Also, you can easily send an email by signing in, clicking on “Help” from the toolbar, clicking on the “Contact Docufide” tab, selecting a subject, entering comments, and clicking on “Continue.” This generates an email to our Customer Service Department.
Graduates before 2005:
If you graduated from El Dorado High School before 2005, please e-mail me (
cmorton@eldoradoschools.org) to request your transcript.
Include in your e-mail:
• Put "Transcript Request" in the Subject Heading
• Your Full Name at the time of graduation or attendance (maiden name if you have been married)
• Graduation Year or Years of Attendance
• Destination of Transcript (mailing address, e-mail, or fax)
Records Requests:
If you need your records sent to a high school, college/university, place of employment, or for personal use, please e-mail me.
Include in your e-mail:
• Put "Records Request" in the Subject Heading
• Your Full Name at the time you attended El Dorado High School (maiden name if you have been married)
• Years of Attendance at El Dorado High School
• Destination of Transcript (mailing address, e-mail, or fax)
EHS can not guarantee the records that you are requesting are located in your permanent file.
