MANAGE YOUR STUDENT’S FOOD SERVICE & FEES ONLINE!


The El Dorado Public Schools are providing a new way for parents to pay for food service and school related fees. Parents may now pay online with VISA, Discover and MasterCard credit or debit cards for these fees. We have established a web store to accept payments over the internet. We have contracted with RevTrak, a national credit card payment processor, to provide a secure site for making payments.

Online Payments are currently being accepted for food service, enrollment fees, athletic passes, computer insurance, class dues, yearbook and fees owed from past years.

To make online payments you will need:

•    Visit our website at http://www.eldoradoschools.org and click on the Online Payment link or go directly to our web store at http://eldoradoschools.revtrak.net. Most parents save it as a favorite.  

•    VISA, Discover or MasterCard debit or credit card – number & expiration date.

•    Power School Student ID number for food service payments. Your student’s PowerSchool ID Number is listed on the fee receipt that is included in this packet.

All credit card statements will show the payment has been made to El Dorado Public Schools. Student lunch accounts will be updated with payments within 48 business hours. There will be a $1.50 fee applied to the shopping cart for the convenience of making your online payment.
